Research On The Level Of Sustainable Rrbanization In Liaoning

China's urbanization has gone into the rapid development stage, the city is the power and source of the regional economic growth. The big city palys a central part in the field of economic, technological and cultura in regional and provincial urbanization process . In order to elaborate its service, radiation and leading role,big cities's urbanization should pay attention on the coordination between quality and quantity, and insist on the coordinated and sustainable development principles, so that economic benefit ,social benefit and ecological benefit achieve maximization, and urbanization has its force of sustainable development. Sustainable urbanization is the optimal development model that conform to the above request and can solve city problem undamentally.Firstly this paper introduces the background, expounds the significance and research purpose, introduces the status in domestic and international.Next, expend the meaning of the Sustainable urbanization and introduces the basic theories of urbanization. in the perspective of the Theory of urbanization,this paper set up a model that can measures Sustainable urbanization level of Shengyang and Dalian:first of all,selects 18 indicators from the population, economy, society, environment four aspects to establish the index system of city compound system,and measures the two citys'subsystem and comprehensive level using entropy method; Secondly,based on each subsystem results we estimates the coordination degree between each subsystems and the entire compound urbanization system;Finally, we estimates coordinated development degree of the urbanization or the Sustainable urbanization level on the basis of the comprehensive level of urbanization and the coordination degree in the and the system townify, coordinated development of urbanization, can hold the urbanization level degree.Through the research and analysis we found some conclustions as follows: first, in Shenyang the level of population subsystem and economic is higher than the level of society subsystem and enviroment subsystem, in Dalian the level of society subsystem and enviroment subsystem is higher than the level of population subsystem and economic subsystem. The level of the population and economic subsystem in Shenyang is commensurate with Dalian,while the level of the society and enviroment subsystem in Dalian is significantly higher than Shenyang .Second, the coordination degree between two subsystem is in harmony in both Shenyang and Dalian , the coordination degree of compound urbanization system in Shenyang is a little higher than Dalian. Again, the findings we got based on the comprehensive level of urbanization and the coordination degree shows the coordinated development degree in Dalian is higher than Shenyang, in other words , Dalian'composite urbanization system is more sustainable compare with Shenyang .We put forward some suggestions based the conclusions: we must adhere to the sustainable development, optimize industrial structures and change the mode of production, to provide solid economic base for the sustainable urbanization, and put scientifically localization persisting the theory of"People Oriented", and constantly improve the level of sustainable the urbanization ,in order to give demonstrate and guidance scope to economic, social and life style.
