Meanwhile, with the fast development of society and economy of countries, industrialization, urbanization and agriculture modernization have effected the land use structure of the suburbs to a great extent. The land use structure of the suburbs is extremely not stable on the grounds of the competition of each factor's assembly and strengthens in the suburb. Moreover, being the resource basis of the whole region's sustainable development on society and economy, land resource' sustainable development is the key to the achievement of sustainable development.
