The Alternative Pattern Of Agricultural Recycling Economy Development In Fujian

Based on theories like political economics, ecological economics, environmental economics, sustainable development theory, and focused on recycling economic theory, the paper analyzes from the development reality of Fujian agricultural economy and it adopts methods like combining normative analysis with empirical analysis and qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. It aims at analyzing from abstract to concrete and exploring ways to conform to Fujian's agricultural recycling economic development pattern and further speed up Fujian's agricultural recycling economic development.The paper expounds some of the main theories of recycling economy and agricultural recycling economy, introducing the present status of agricultural recycling economic development patterns home and abroad, including foreign agricultural recycling economic development pattern and typical cases, as well as China's agricultural recycling economy pattern and typical cases. It analyzes the elements of agricultural recycling economic development pattern. Based on these elements, it further analyzes advantages and disadvantages of Fujian's agricultural recycling economic development pattern. On these bases, the author believes that patterns like reduction of agricultural resources patterns, agricultural waste resources re-use pattern, eco-agricultural development pattern and industrial development pattern can be used as Fujian's agricultural recycling economic development patterns and further summarizes features and functions of the above four kinds of pattern. Finally, according to the fact of the agricultural economy in Fujian Province, the author puts forward proposals of promoting Fujian's agricultural recycling economic development, mainly including building laws and regulations system, policy support system, technical support system and social service system etc. in the course of Fujian's agricultural recycling economic development pattern.
