Design And Implementation Of Teaching Resources Platform Based On Collaborative Filtering

With the development of informatization,the information technology has been increasingly applied to the process of teaching,thus producing a huge amount of disorganized and unsorted teaching resources.It has become an urgent problem to manage to share and circulate these teaching resources.Building a teaching resource management platform which is easy to manage and search,and with personalized recommendation can provide an effective approach to the sharing of teaching resources.In regard to the teaching resources sharing and personalized recommendation,this article aims to design and achieve the implementation of teaching resources application platform through the method of collaborative filtering recommendation.Firstly,the current development of teaching resources sharing platform both in domestic and abroad is introduced,and the feasibility of systematic development is analyzed based on the local education resources.Next,the general and detailed design of teaching resources application platform is completed based on demand analysis.At last,the implementation of teaching resources application platform is achieved by adopting J2 EE technology.Major work of this article includes:(1)Based on the method of collaborative filtering recommendation,user's browsing time of resources is taken as one rating item to construct user project rating matrix in order to produce recommendation model.Calculate similar users by using mixed recommendation method that combines users' feature attributes with rating matrix to recommend the education resources with high score to current user,and also to recommend personalized teaching resources.(2)Through systematic demand analysis and design,the teaching resources application platform which includes functional modules of resource portal,resource center,personal space,resource management and systematic management is developed based on collaborative filtering recommendation.The resource portal mainly provides the exhibition of resource information and the release and management of related content.Resource center is in charge of functions like resource uploading,classification retrieval and sharing.Personal space provides the personalized resource exhibition.The resource management is responsible for resource checking and release,while the systematic management mainly focuses on the basic data administration of the platform.The design and implementation of teaching resource application platform based on collaborative filtering recommendation can provide great convenience for teachers to share teaching resources and for students to obtain teaching resources.It is also of great significance in helping change the current unbalanced development of regional education resources.
