The Research Of China's Commerce Security Papers Based On Bibliometrics Method

In the late1990s, China's e-commerce actually began to grow due to the widespread use of computers, rapid development of the Internet, popularity of net bank, agreement of e-commerce trade and support and promotion from the government. The rise of e-commerce has brought people great opportunities of development, as well as a lot of problems, and one of them is the safety problems that should be solved primarily in the developing of electronic commerce. Security is all along mostly concerned by the participant entity in electronic business activities, and also the most popular research field in electronic commerce of our country. Therefore, to review the recent studies about the electronic commerce security in our country has become the foundation and premise to recognize the problems in e-commerce security studies and promote its development.With the cross between various disciplines, the theory and method of literature measurement metrology gradually penetrate into different research fields. In the e-commerce security area of China, it is quite rare in studies that focus to systematically comb the existing electronic commerce safety researches of our country with literature measurement methodology. It better guides the development of e-commerce security research in China provided that the literature measurement methodology is integrated into the practical e-commerce security research of our county, and the situation of e-commerce security research can be summarized scientifically, objectively and quantitatively.Based on the integration of qualitative and quantitative analysis, this study explored the journal documents about the safety of electronic commerce in China in the CNKI (Chinese periodical network publishing ZongKu) database from2001to2010by methods of content analysis and social network analysis. Firstly, the content analysis and social network analysis were introduced, which are the research theory basis of this paper. Secondly, the paper analyzed the features from the collected literatures according to five facets (i.e. literature growth, journals, author, area and key word), and displayed systematically the current situation and problems in the electronic commerce security research of our country. Thirdly, the high-cited authors and papers in the electronic commerce field of our country were statistically figured out. The group network consist of high-cited authors was analyzed by social network method from three aspects such as density, centrality (point centrality, middle centrality, approximate centrality) and cohesive subgroups (composition, cliques) to excavate the unique characteristics and rules in core author group in China's e-commerce security area.Finally, this paper summarized the research and pointed out the limitations and future research direction in current study.
