Design Of Regional Health Information Platform Based On

With the development of information, most public health institutions in our country established management information system. The cross-cutting of different types of operating systems, application software, system software and application infrastructure don’t make these systems reusable, so the system integration in the construction of the Regional Health Information Platform become increasingly important. The features of SOA, which allows regional health information platform as the core of electronic health records can add new services or upgrade existing services by following a modular approach, to meet new business requirements, and adapt to business changes.Firstly, the current situation and problems of Regional health information are analyzed. The necessity of establish SOA-based regional health information platform what are clearly clarified. Based on this, the main function of the regional health information platform what are analyzed, and focus on analysis of the Core business processes of the platform. Secondly, the regional health information platform based on SOA is analyzed and designed. This paper achieves all function units of the platform and by ESB, CDA, Web Service and XML Schema, provides internal business interfaces. Then, the public health institutions management information systems call the interfaces to achieve system interoperability and integration.The research for this paper as follows:(1) Theoretical knowledge related to SOA and its realization is studied in this paper.(2) According to the functional requirements, The Infrastructure layer, data layer, service component layer, application service layer and integrated portal are designed in details.(3) Provides unified service definitions and standard interfaces.SOA has been used in the regional health information platform, which effectively solve information sharing and collaboration of health service institutions within the region and improve the quality of medical services.
