And the core of the liquid steel composition control is composition analysis, through the component analysis, we can add alloy and precision materials and accurate to meet the expected chemical composition, control the production cost; It Can record every liquid steel electric furnace from the steel tapping to heating over all the information during continuous casting procured, to the production process and quality control, put an end to a back in production process of deception; Can to operating personnel operating advice, gives operators operating more precise. Say so, component analysis is finer steelmaking system an indispensable key steps.The Tonghua Iron & Steel Corporation (hereinafter "TISCO") by technical innovation, industrial upgrading and other measures, make equipment modernization degree has been improved significantly, but the traditional manual control still make the product quality has greatly uncertainty. The main functions of liquid steel composition analysis is:through the system is analyzed and calculated, the real-time data and the expected results will be compared to the operator, through transfer accurate parameters, make steel liquid ingredients information reach the required standard, increase the products quality control, the operation personnel can used the most simple operation, to achieve the purpose of the most accurate. By adopting this system, we can get the production process each phase of the true, the reliable data, still can put the actual data and system reference data is compared, and find the best parameters, make the product composition more accurately. At the same time, We can compare every furnace material consumption, and help to summarizing the experience and establish improvement measures, data analysis system process analysis and online all the implmentation of automation has an important role to support.In this thesis first development background and system requirements analysis are introduced. After that the thesis focuses on the process of system design and implementation. In design part, from the implementation goals, implementation ideas, and system analysis, the system's overall design is proposed. And function design is given in detail. In the part of system implementation, the implementation method of some the modules is described in detail. Finally, the testing of the system, the existing system deficiencies, and evaluation of final results are given. Direction of future efforts is proposed.
