With the development of enterprise informatization, enterprises operation and management have realized on-line monitoring,which make that the management can get information completely and clearly on-line,realizing informatization to enhance their core competency.The structure of modern Computer Integration Manufacture System have established three layer construction based on BPS/MES/PCS,and MES is the most important,MES is the basic technique to impletmen enterprise agile manufacturing strategy and to achieve agile department production, it can provide users with a quick response, flexible, fine-oriented manufacturing environment, help businesses reduce costs, on time delivery, improve product quality and service quality. This system aim at secondary refining that in the iron and steel industry, designing a process automation software to adapt to the MES system.This paper is set in 210t LF refining furnace control system of one Iron and Steel Group, based on analyzing processing technique of LF, according to the requirements of process optimization and process management in actual production, designed the LF level 2 automatic control system in need of actual production. In combination with oracle database and network-related technology realizing the communication between L3 and L1, and the communication with other L2 such as laboratories, BOF, CCM, RH. In order to coordinate production between the L2. Making the refining process operational situation,alloy addtion, temperature, oxygen, electricity and other process data in real-time tracking. Using OPC technology communication with basic automation level, analysising the OPC technology communication principle, in combination with the OPC server of SIEMENS, realizing the solution of data communication.With designing friendly man-machine interface, the information management of refining process has been greatly improved.Alloying in molten steel is a rather complex process, not only related to the quality of steel, alloy consumption, but also to the reheating schedule of molten steel. Alloy feeding accuracy or not directly impact on the performance of steel, especially to the quality of the finished steel. The main function of alloy feeding is to control the composition of the molten steel to achieve a narrow, and make it evenly distributed, to meet the requirements of continuous casting, the drawback that calculate the amount of alloy in manual is inaccurate, and not take the objective optimization problem into consideration. Additional coefficient method and simplex method is used computer to complete the calculation of alloy feeding, compared with the manual calculation, these two calculations have a high accuracy and speed. This article according to the actual, taking into account the dynamic changes of elements yiled, using the method of average furnace, calculating the yiled of alloy elements, using additional coefficient method to calculate the weight of the alloy required to increase, at the same time using BP neural network make a theoretical calculation and validation.
