Under such circumstances, developing a highly efficient and intellectualized Uighur Unicode on-line inputting technique and implementing the norms accepted by Unicode for Uyghur encoding have become urgent matters.For the reason of processing the Uyghur on any Windows platform, carrying out the biggest share of the Uyghur information resources, this text gives a kind of converted technique and multi- coding converted technique, carrying out conversion which from the old wring into the new one in the WORD and promote and carry out the standardization of the Uyghur Information System.
