With the popularization of informatization and the rapid development of modern service industry in the modern society, numerous providers are seeking customers to sell their services. In the meantime, customers'requirements are highly individualized and they are having a much wider range of options. Any single service provider will not meet customers'individualized requirements. It is a key problem to meet customer's individualized requirements through integration of services provided by different providers and thus form a virtual service resources network. Based upon the virtual resources integration process, this study concentrates on the formation of a virtual service resources network by centering on customers'quality requirements.Firstly, the study realizes the servitization of real resources by studying on service resources so that they become service resources. It describes service resources from different angles and forms: based on types and attributes of services resources, the study describes service resources by the criteria of general use and exclusive use thus to build a service resource model by which better management and use of service resources are realized. By defining virtual service resources and designing integration process models of it, this thesis explains the specific integration method of virtual service resources. For the convenience of the integration of service resources, the integration process models are classified.Secondly, the thesis discusses the individualized requirements of customers. It describes the requirements from the angles of service function requirement, service quality requirement as well as other requirements of customers. The specific analytical procedure after acquiring customers'requirements is also discussed in this thesis. Different analytical procedures based on the differences in the quantity of customer requirements are adopted in analyzing the relationship between customer requirements and services resources.Then, by discussing the relationship between service resources and customers'individualized requirements, the study explains how to choose and match different service resources and integrates them into a virtual resources network to meet customers'individualized requirements.Lastly, the practicability of this study is tested by designing and realizing a resource services system of used books on campus.
