The Grid Clustering Algorithm Based On Privacy Preserving

With the rapid development and extensive application of data mining, there is tremendous value for people, but it also brings us such number of problem, such as the algorithm's efficiency, accuracy, privacy protection and information security. In this article, we main study the privacy in the grid-based clustering algorithms of data mining, the target is to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the algorithm, while increasing the degree of privacy,in order to prevent the user's private information in the data mining process.We have studied the development and current situation of data mining privacy in this article; and also have summarized the privacy protection technology in the field of data mining; introduced the clustering algorithm and its classification; for grid-based clustering algorithms, we have analyzed the traditional algorithm and the optimization CD-Tree algorithm, and on this basis, we added the privacy policy, we alse studied the privacy principles and implementation strategies based on grid-based clustering algorithm. Finally, we find the privacy protection of grid clustering algorithm, which can improve the privacy of user information in the data mining.Through the analysis of the grid-based clustering algorithm and the discussion on the privacy protection strategy in data mining, we have found a grid-based clustering algorithm privacy. So we established privacy policy on the grid-based clustering algorithm, and it will provide a theoretical basis for the data mining. Experimental results show that the method can achieve better data privacy protection in the data mining.
