With the increasing of electrification, Catenary caculation is very important in OCSo It includes wrist arm, hanging strings, soft across. Foreign catenary calculation software are quite mature, particularly in Germany,France and Japan. As the differences in design and construction,they can not be used in my country. Meanwhile, We have mature computational algorithms and software, but too many parameters, large inputting datas involved in the calculations,and with no graphic computation, User are very prone to error; Further more,different design models, algorithms, modified formulas between railway design Institute,lead to catenary calculation software can not be universal. Therefore, based visual modeling tools for calculating the contact Netcom development appeared to be quite necessary.The Thesis bases on mature OCS design,construction technology and years of my experience, I Independent innovate and develop common catenary visualization tools. Firstly, I innovate and improve the computational algorithm:in Cantilever calculation,I propose Shortcomings of Triangulation algorithm, derivate arc algorithm to solve Wrist and arm support and correction algorithm to solve insulation.in dropper caculation, I decompose core and correction formula,and propose and implement solution to Correction formula;In Soft across caculation,I propose defect in load Algorithm, dynamic design model combination method to solve common problems.Secondly, in modeling analysis, I propose solutions to the development of common tools.It bases on graphics of OCS materials, the core of the algorithm model, amend to the design parameters, the value of parameter modification, the formula to ensure accuracy, design standards for inspection purposes, flexible parameters to input data interface. Finally, the thesis initially implement the tool. In catenary calculations,The tool can solve the various railway designs, different calculation models and meet accuracy requirements, good visual modeling caculation.
