The paper studied the output optical field distribution of microporous arry cavity. We first discussed the different forms of the cavity array, which include square formation, class Frensel type zone plates, hexagon formation and special form of array. We also studied theoretical model of these forms. Then we simulated the output characteristics under different array using MATLAB. The results show that these methods can achieve coherence stack.Finally, we select the hexagonal array to do experiments. The results showed that the insert of mask can change output mode of the resonator. This can lead to the formation of multiple Gaussian models output, also the coherence stack can be achieved in the far field, which consistent with the theoretical simulation.
