The exaltation of the applied level in the chemistry chemical engineering along with the calculator, some newly arisen calculator techniques also start their application in inorganic microporous crystal.The method was already gradually accept by the people, and obtain the some results,which research on the function that the template played in the synthesis of inorganic microporous crystal,based on the theories calculation.As early as 10 years ago,Academician Ruren Xu of the State Key Laboratory of Inorganic Synthesis and Preparative Chemistry has advanced the technical method that the rational design and synthsis aided by computer.Based on this idea, theState Key Laboratory of Inorganic Synthesis and Preparative Chemistry Professor Jigui Sun of computer insititute.JLU cooperate with each other decideing to build up a database on Inorganic microporous materials of synthesis and preparative chemistry.then investigate it by data mining go forward to find the rule about synthesis and preparative experiments towards the analysis of a great deal of experimental data.finally,make use of it to guide the Synthesis of new types of inorganic microporous materials . This work presents the initial stage of the project, as well as the stage of database estabalish. Start from the year of 1990, the laboratory has begun to establish reaction database gradually,to the year of 2003, have already registered thousands of literature about inorganic microporous crystal synthesis which include more than 200 kinds of structure type .3100 sets of synthesis data.All of these data was collected by Doctor XiaodongLiu , computer insititute JLU and saved in database of Access.After this,With the increase of experimental data, the State Key Laboratory of Inorganic Synthesis and Preparative Chemistry built their owned database of experimental data also by Access.At present,totally collcected more than 1600 pieces of data.and ceaseless extend the database.Analysis on these two database and consult with the mumber of State Key Laboratory of Inorganic Synthesis and Preparative Chemistry ,we deceid to built a new database with Oracle9i,currently,an advanced ,founction strongerly database .Based on the requirement, we analysis the field build 10 tables. According to the database word segment, we make use of our own programme based on the theory of DFA import those original data to our new database. To match with Oracle9i database we adopt Oracle9iJDevelper as our development tool. Oracle9iJDevelpe is an integrative development environment of Java, which provide abundant of speciality about designing, development, disposing, debugging for 3GL Java and other J2EE relative files.Its architecture of MVC allow the developers establish Java or JSP application to access Oracle datavase.Especially, adopting the core technique of Jdevelper BC4J to construct application..This does greaat help with communication between the database and the code of Java. The Oracle9iJDeveloper development tool supports the latest J2EE API-OC4J. Oracle9iJDevelope can be used under integration environment, and also can be used as a server of web alone.Our system make use of the container OC4J of J2EE belongs to Oracle9i connect our Oracle database, what can be configued and to be loaded automatically with application aimed at improving the development and dispose.
