Most than 95 percent of the logistics in China are occupied by the small and medium sized logistics companies, which provides continuous supply of power to the economic and social development of our country. logistics are having been in the rapidly development, so it demand their enterprise's information parts adapt quickly to the rapidly changing business process, to ensure effective and orderly business management and a high degree of flexibility.An increasing number of companies introduced the enterprise workflow technology into building their own enterprise information solutions, in order to adapt to the new era of competition and reconstruction in enterprises, the application effect of workflow technology determine its use in the logistics industry will help enterprises Integration of resources, saving manpower, time, capital costs and improve the operating efficiency of the logistics company, rapid upgrading of the logistics business logistics services.Based on the workflow technology principle, This paper summarized the defects the application of traditional enterprise information solutions to the logistics industry, focusing on business modeling of special logistics business in the small and medium sized logistics, and choice of Jbpm (Java Business Process Management) as Workflow engine achieve part of the business models, the main conclusions are:1) From the perspectives of mechanism of workflow execution and modeling methods, This paper achieve to give the model of typical complex business logic in small and medium sized logistics, Introduced the Role Based Access Control Model to the small and medium sized logistics'organizational structure, and achieve the enterprise's business functions from function-oriented to the process-oriented organizational changes, and finally to some extent settle the problems between business chaos and staff management.2) The feasibility of workflow application on small and medium sized logistics enterprises have been demonstrated from the perspective of specific cases, concrete application pattern was proposed on both starting workflow models and business process composited and nested models in the average logistics.3) After researched on the theory of AOP and IOC, we integrated the workflow Jbpm with other information under an appropriate technical framework, that is a technological and theoretical basis for integration of the workflow and other information framework.4) Combined with specific workflow engine Jbpm in logistics and transport business in the application process, revealing the workflow engine Jbpm applications in logistics and transport business restrictions that Jbpm merely provides a workflow engine and business transfer mechanism, when the logistics and transport-related Business data and process data needed to establish relationships, workflow and business flow performance of strong coupling relationship, to a certain extent, reduce the flow of the independence of the logistics business flow.
