The popularization of computer network and the rapid development of network communication technologies have greatly changed people's communication mode, more and more people begin to communicate through the network. With the build of digital campus, the communication needs of campus network growing rapidly. According to the characteristics of the campus network, the paper designs the Campus Network Interactive Integrated Services Platform based on the instant messaging. The system integrates the advantages of E-mail, FTP and other kinds of communication systems, provides very strong function of interactive, service and management. It satisfies the teacher's and student's communication request.Firstly, the function offered by popular communication system is introduced. The paper carries on the demand analysis to the campus net communication services and introduces key technologies which the Campus Network Interactive Integrated Services Platform involves. These technologies include IP Multicast, H.323, audio and video coding and database access.Secondly, we design the Campus Network Interactive Integrated Services Platform's architecture, includes: terminal, server groups, database and database manager. We design the system framework combining the C/S and P2P. The video conference, personal file cabinet, user domain and database are designed. Based on this, detail realization of each function module is explained. We use the technology of RBAC in the database. we use the technology of user domain, and set levels in it. We use IP multicast as the foundation of the video conference system. It successfully decrease the resource occupation.Finally, we test the platform's function modules, summarize the work and propose the direction of the next work.
