With the rapid development of wireless communications and computer technology, digital and mobile office is gradually changing people's traditional way of working. As one of the leading technology application, informationization brought many revolutionary changes in the medical field, electronic medical records and mobile clinics get popular in clinical application.Considering the inconveniences brought by paper-based, non-mobility in traditional clinical diagnosis, this paper through realize digital collection, storage and transmission of the information such as patient records, prescription records, to construct electronic medical records framework for this platform. By building the hardware and software platform based on Android+ARM, combined with wireless network technology, proposed the application planning of mobile clinics tablet device, providing doctors with a new paperless, mobile office platform.This paper detailed introduction the hardware and software environment construction for clinics platform, database construction and the realization process of platform function.1. Platform construction, mobile clinics platform based on Android+ARM hardware and software design solutions, by transplanting Android open operating system and complete customized optimization, realize platform construction. By transplanting WIFI driver on Android system and designing Bluetooth communication function, realization platform wireless network access ability and interactive control with physiological information acquisition terminal; 2. Completion the building of clinical data in MySQL database server, realizing the database access interaction based on JDBC, by constructing SQLite database on the clinics terminal, achieve the ability to work independently; 3. Complete the Android platform-based software functions design, implementation:doctor personal information management, inquiry with patient record information, orders issued and automatic detection for patient physical information, etc, moreover, proposed and implemented a number of new applications, such as:orders voice input, drugs rationality detection and drugs name entered automatically match.This paper proposed the scheme use Android+ARM to build a mobile clinic platform, have not seen similar product report in clinical application. This article try some new applications with existing technology and puts forward some new application ideas, provides a new idea for the development of auxiliary equipment in clinical filed, has certain application value.
