Research On Data Processing And Control System Of PCB Engraving Machine

PCB engraver is a result of mechtronics and the conjunction of software and hardware, with NC and CAD/CAM technologies involved. Different from getting PCB board in corrupt way which suit batch production, this engraver produces PCB board in mechanical way through the control of the feed distance and velocity of X,Y,Z axes. Referring to the software, the platform for this subject use the open NC system based on EtherMAC Ethernet Bus. Present a control resolution with the structure of "PC+ EtherMAC Interface Card". This paper expatiate the process of the software development. The following are the main contents of this paper.The first chapter discusses the development of PCB engraver machine and CNC techonology at home and abroad, explains research objectives and research significance, proposes research contents and research methods.The second chapter describes the EtherMAC Ethernet bus-based open CNC system platform and its hardware and software structure. Analysis of the functional requirements of the engraving machine and the overall structure of software is given according to the functional needs, the software functions will be divided into four modules.The third chapter describes the data processing module. Gerber files read and graphic display method are introduced and study the processing path calculation algorithm.The fourth chapter describes the interactive module. First of all, introduced operating modes and parameters that such man-machine interface, and then detailed implementation process of three-dimensional simulation capabilities.The fifth chapter describes motion control module and data communication module. Motion control module describe the data sampling interpolation algorithm, data communication module focuses on communication and bus communication hread implementation.The sixth chapter example shows the entire circuit board engraving machine control system.The last chapter summarizes this paper and prospects the following research.
