With the rapid development of society, crises happens a lot to large to governments, small to individuals. Crisis information dissemination in the handling of the crisis occupies an important position. Micro-Blog, is a media platform based on user information sharing, dissemination and access. Because of its characteristics, micro-blog in a crisis event can reflect the the dissemination of information. This paper, through literature analysis, case study analysis combined data analysis methods, the information obtained as a media microblogging content with the characteristics of new, originality, Fragmented, the structure of the face to back to the concern of relations in the propagation direction between one and two, the organizational structure of the formation of the characteristics of fast and free, and psychological crisis in the theory of public support, the analysis of micro-blog process information in crisis communication effect. On the one hand, micro-blog the dissemination of information in crisis is more quickly than traditional media and the general news media, on the other hand, micro-blog that allows information on the basis of one-to-many communication can be transmitted accurately to the individual. Micro-blogging while forwarding feature allows the information to receive a higher degree and to take advantage of the micro-blog crisis in some of the psychological effects of the public, the information can be more agreed.
