Study On Strategies Of Consturting The Educational Community Of Yang Ling

Under the knowledge economy, the pursuit of knowledge has reached an unprecedented height. There is undoubtedly that education is the most effective and quickest way to obtain new knowledge, which has moved from the margins of society towards the strategic focus of each country. How to better meet the growing demand for education has become universal in thought. As a place the people live and work in, community can better influence on people in education. From this perspective, the integration of educational resources within the community to build an educational community plays a great role in meeting the educational needs of the people, promoting community development, forcing the formation of lifelong education and building a learning society. So this article is put up form this issue and combined with the resource-rich education of the Yang Ling to construct an educational community. This initiative not only has important theoretical significance, but also has great practical significance in providing a thought for our country to carry out the construction of educational community.Educational Community is built based on the theory of lifelong education, learning society and harmonious society, which has a good development in the United States, North Europe, Japan and so on. Therefore, the article highlights the theoretical results obtained by those countries to provide a strong theoretical foundation for building our type of education community. And to the Greenfield Community College and the Coastline Community College of the United States as an example, introduce two development model of the USA, as the reference for constructing the educational community of Yang Ling. The construction of educational community is not appearing out of thin air, it is built on the existing wealth of educational resources in Yang Ling. Yang Ling is the only national agricultural technology demonstration areas, Science and education units lined, area of Northwest A&F University is a national key comprehensive university directly under the jurisdiction of Chinese Ministry of Education, YangLing Vocational & Technical College is demonstrational of key building one of Vocational and Technical College. Strong teacher, educational resources are very rich, community members have a wide range of educational needs, there are unique conditions and advantages in building the educational community. In the specific construction process, we must combine the actual of Yang Ling, full advantage of science and education, the government should play a leading role in educational community building type, overall planning, increase investment, improve the management structure; effective integration educational resources in community, the establishment and part of teachers, development of online education platform; building an educational community evaluation mechanism to promote the sustainable development of educational community.The Building of educational community is a systematic, complex social project, and is a benefit all the public welfare services. Not only need the strong support and positive guidance of government, but also have a common concern of the whole society. Particularly, the building of educational community in China is still in the formative stages of exploration, the theory is not mature enough, there are many problems in practice, so it need the educational workers in a positive and serious attitude to the construct the educational community, to promote educational community has a rapid and healthy development.
