In China, there are a lot of normal university graduates as green secondary school teachers added to all of the country each year. However, for various reasons,the novice teachers come across more difficult than the expert one when they get with their job. The novices usually have to go through several years to becoming a qualified teacher. What is the difference between them' People often using a word " experience " briefly summarizes it. This summary is too simple to be completely accepted .I believe that this simplistic summary is the acquiescence of an unreasonable realities. When we look it as a natural phenomenon, we ignore the harm from lack " experience " which causes bad educative quality and neglect the bad impact on the students' development. What on earth is the different between the novices and the experts? What elements are involved in the" experience "of experts? Can we give the novice teachers these elements? This paper talks about the observation and analysis of experts'classroom in order that we can answer these questions.This paper analysis the characteristics of the novice teachers and the characteristics of Modern Secondary students at first,in which it shows the novice teachers facing some severely regulative or control situations in classroom and points out the necessity of regulative or control in their classroom.They are still at the stage of testing, their identity and status of teachers have yet to be validated. Facing the students, they are managed to testing their competence. Their each action will arouse the students'attention from preparing lesson to the end of the class.Moreover the students may response to them according to their behavior. Therefore, when the novice teachers face such students they have to dealing with everything cautiously in class.This paper had gone through an expert teachers and 30 green teachers' on the spot observation where me based on the classifies from predecessors of teachers' teaching skill, analysing the differences in detail such as preparation for lessons, import skills, explaining technique, the squiz kills, strengthening teaching skills,the change skills, presentation skills, blackboard writing skills, ending class skills and language skills between the novice and the experts. Comparing the novices to the experts in the study, me found the most important difference that was the interaction between the teachers and the students,It embodies mainly on: (1) In the interaction of the expert chemical teachers class, the expert teachers always support indispensable help for their students with encourage, cross-question and use various teaching behavior to rose the active thinking and explore in the students as the purpose of the interactive circles between the teachers and the students. Both the fundamental link of the interaction circle base on "addressing the questions (teacher)â†'interact (both the teacher and the students)â†'summary(teacher) and the fundamental link of the teacher's role of exchange " leading roleâ†'assisting roleâ†'leading role" are the organic unify of the circle. (2)The points in the interactive body among the expert teachers are knowledgeable question. Moreover, the question is deep enough, and the preceding connect the afterwards closely. In requesting question, the point of the knowledge is one among one, leading the students into the main points and leading them finding the answer by themselves step by step. Furthermore, the way of the experts in request question can call the students' thinking into action where the requesting is effective. (3)The novice teachers only can copy the expert teacher or a series of teaching behavior ordered in the teaching'book. They can't regulate teaching strategy base on the feedback of the students or regulate it in time, well as the expert teacher can do that easily and they can get their purpose in different ways. (4)In the class of the novice teacher, the interaction is surface, but it is only one process way of passing the knowledge in nature. The interaction between the teachers and the students turn into the teacher as the center in knowledgeable teaching.It is hard to realize the fundamental aim of advancing the students'think over and explore positively. (5)The novice teacher can't support indispensable help for their students with encourage, cross-question and use various teaching behavior to advance the active thinking and explore in the students as the purpose of the interactive circles between the teachers and the students. They are lack of integrate, reasonable, timely abilities to use various ways of teaching feedback or the way of feedback is singular, ineffective which can't lead the students to the core of the question. (6)The center body in interaction of the novice teacher is knowledgeable request. However, the knowledge point that the novice teacher address is ineffective in its deep and connection. The students just need easy memory and repeat the answer in the text. Moreover, the knowledge in the question is single, independent and hardly help the students form the knowledge net.(7)In novice teacher's requesting strategy, they can't move the students into positive think over, so the requesting effective is useless.The direct reason why rise the above-mentioned differences class behavior where me get the outcome through interview and analysis are as follow:(1) The text teaching of the expert teachers look the students as the center to redevelop the knowledge and the experience which the students have mastered.(2)The expert teachers can control the knowledge in profundity, and they acquaint the students deeply. They can hold the students' confused timely when they interact with their students. The teaching of the expert teacher put the student and the knowledge into the center. (3)The novice teacher themselves'knowledge is superficial. They just can remember, repeat the knowledge in a wide level, and they can't comprehend the knowledge profoundly.(4)The novice teacher can't well control the study situation of the students. They can't understand the study confused of their student base on students'feedback, so they just follow the way of they former arranged in which they finished the teaching duty awkwardly. The novice teachers take themselves and the teaching duty as the center in their class.Base on the characteristic of the chemical course and the traditional deeply analysis in chemical teaching, we believe that study chemical can't like study language that emphasizing students study knowledge in express and communicate.Because chemical is a natural science base on experiment and abstract thinking, the students can learn chemical knowledge through reading, listening, practice, test, experiment and study an article. We believe that the chemical normal university lack organization and communication in nurture students'integrate accomplishments.Therefore, we suggest that when we educate the chemical normal university students we should put the main points on:(1) comprehending and probing chemical study; (2) training express and communicative skill; (3) observing and undergoing the experience of the psychological law and reading study in chemical learning;(4) the observing, probing and analyzing activity in the secondary chemical class teaching; (5)the university or college teachers should also know the essential content,ways and existence questions in the secondary chemical teaching as well as compose the suitable teaching progress for the normal college students at comprehend, probe, express and discuss in chemical knowledge.
