Human resource is not only a kind of resources, but also a capital. College is the cradle of the talents. The human resource management is the key point to win the fierce competition, and the human nature is the basic problem of human resource management. However in the past study of human resource management, human nature is often overlooked, the good and bad effects of human nature and its regulation has not been implemented a wide research. There are a lot of problems of the current education organization in human resource management. Therefore, this paper study the current human resource management problems of the universities on the basis of the multi-dimensional human and its effects, the idea of analyzing human resource management from the aspects of multi-dimensional human and its effects has been put forward.First, this paper expounds the theory of multi-dimensional human nature, human resource management, multiple management and so on, the concept of human rensources adjustment and control have been briefly introduced, which provide theory support for the later research.Second, the effects of the senior and inferior human nature have been analyzed from the aspects of theory and practice, and the present situation of human resources management in universities also have been elaborated the influence of inferior human nature changing and the inhabiting potential human nature out-breaking factors have been put forward.Thirdly, designed the questionnaire to pre-test according to the influencing factors and then issued the revised questionnaires, through using the SPSS19.0 to make reliability analysis and validity analysis of the 321 valid questionnaires, then it is concluded that the dominant factors, the important factors, the secondary factors and the common factors of the inferior human transformation and the potential human outbreak inhibition, which provided the basis for the following suggestion.Finally, according to the research results and the main problems of universities human resources management, the reasonable suggestions like the innovation of human resource management concept, teacher’s selection and development and labor relations coordination, etc, have been put forward, hoping to improve human resources management of universities.
