Objective:To provide new evidences to Western-Mongolian integrated researches on Mengkeri disease by extending its laboratory detecting methods and investigate the relevance of the differentiation of symptoms and routine blood in Mengkeri disease. Methods:All data were statistical analysis including age, gender, physical type, seasonal, smoking etc. The90cases of patients were were randomly divided into Heyi type, Xila type, Badagan type according to syndrome classification of Mengkeri disease. The correlation of the differentiation of symptoms and routine blood in Mengkeri diseasewas investigated in this study.Results:The incidence rate of female are higher than male in90cases of patients with Mengkeri disease. The onset age ranged from40to80, especially in the50to59years old. Smoking percentage was58.9%. The ratio of the physical Heyi type was38.9%more than other types. The morbidity was56.7%in the winter. There were significant differences between white blood cells count of Heyi and Xila type, Xila type and Badagan type,respectively (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the percentage of neutrophilicgranulocyte in each physical type (P>0.05).Conclusion:There were correlation between syndrome classifications and routine blood in Mengkeri disease. This study can provide objectively evidences in clinical syndrome diagnosis to Mengkeri disease.
