At present there is no drugs to cure DMD athome and abord, mainly take symptomatic treatment and support therapy, toimprove the clinical symptoms or delay the development speed of the clinicalsymptoms; For the DMD gene therapy and stem cell transplantation therapiesare has not skilled, so it's difficult to wide rage of applications in a short time;In recent years,the reported of TCM treatment PMD more and more, and mostobvious exact efficacy. Showed the advantages of TCM in the treatment of thisdisease.TCM consider this disease belong to "atrophy syndrome", the etiology andpathogenesis is more complex. Achieved a better clinical effect.In this study, by observing the clinical efficacy of Renshenzengli OralLiquid treat DMD of spleen and stomach deficiency, explore the mechanismof TCM treat the PMD,As a foundation for further study in the future.Methods: All60patients have been diagnosed as spleen-stomach deficiencysyndrome of DMD were TCM outpatients from January2008to February2012in the affiliated to Hebei Medical University,Harson International PeaceHospital. They are randomly divided into two groups, treatment group with30cases and the control group with30cases. Two groups show no statisticalsignificant difference (P>0.05) in gender, age and so on, so they arecomparable. The control group treated with Coenzyme Q10with oral,everyone capsule,three times a day;The treatment group taking Renshenzengli OralLiquid (including: Ginseng, Astragalus, Eucommia, cassia twig, root ofherbaceous peony, licorice, ginger, jujube and so on, every10ml, containing10g of crude drug), every two bottles, three times a day. A course of treatmentof both two groups lasts three months.Both before and after treatment, recordtheir points of the TCM clinical symptoms,and take down the serum enzymeindicators and EMG parameters.Before and after treatment test the routineblood, routine urine and kidney and liver function examination and timelyrecording adverse reactions.In the statistical processing, measurement datarecord in mean±standard deviation (x±s), meet the normality andhomogeneity of variance by t-test, not meet to normality and homogeneity ofvariance by rank sum test, ranked data using the rank sum test.Results:1. In the treatment group, the method cured no patients, but it ismarkedly effective5patients; it's effective for13patients; it has no effect on 12patients. The total effect of the method was60%. In the control group, themethod cured no patients, and it is markedly effective for1patient; it'seffective for5patients; it has no effect on24patients. The total effect of thismethod was20%. After statistically, the curative effect had significantdifference between the two groups (P<0.05),the treatment group is superior tothe control group.2.In patients treated with TCM symptoms,The effective rate was80%intreatment group, the control group was16.7%,after statistically, the curativeeffect had significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05), thetreatment group is superior to the control group;After treatment, the twogroups of TCM symptoms total score were different degrees of decline,afterstatistically,the TCM clinical symptoms scores of the treatment group hadsignificant difference between after and before treatment(P<0.05);aftertreatment, the TCM clinical symptoms scores had significant differencebetween the control group and the treatment group(P<0.05).Single TCMsyndromes in comparison, after treatment of the treatment group comparedwith before treatment, there were no significant improvement only inimproving mental retardation (P>0.05), the rest were significant difference(P <0.05),Which in improving the ability to walk, abdominal distension, lossof appetite, mental weariness, facal delute half congealed and palpitations ofafter treatment of the treatment group compared with the control group aftertreatment, there were significant difference (P<0.05). Explain thatRenshenzengli Oral Solution superior to Coenzyme Q10in improvingpatients' total TCM symptoms,especially evidence in improving the ability towalk, abdominal distension, loss of appetite, mental weariness, facal delutehalf congealed and palpitations.3.After treatment, the indicators that CK,LDH and AST of two groups allhave decreased in varying degrees, after statistically, after treatment comparedwith before in the treatment group, there are significantdifferences(P<0.05),compared with after treatment of the control group, there are significant differences(P<0.05). Explain that Renshenzengli Oral Solutionsuperior to Coenzyme Q10in improving the indicators of CK,LDH and AST.4.After treatment, the time limit and voltage of EMG of two groups bothhave improved in varying degrees, after statistically, after treatment comparedwith before in the treatment group, there were significant differences (P<0.05),the time limit of EMG of after treatment of the treatment group compared withafter treatment of the control group,there was no significant differences(P>0.05).but in the voltage of EMG, there was significant differences (P<0.05).Explain that Renshenzengli Oral Solution superior to Coenzyme Q10inimproving the voltage of EMG.Conclusion:1.Renshenzengli Oral Solution than Coenzyme Q10can moresignificantly improved the TCM clinical symptoms of DMD patients.2.Renshenzengli Oral Solution than Coenzyme Q10can more significantlyreduced the indicators of DMD patients serum enzymes (CPK,LDH,AST).3.Renshenzengli Oral Solution than Coenzyme Q10can more significantlyimproved the voltage of EMG of DMD patients.4.Although Renshenzengli Oral Solution can not completely cure DMD, butcan significantly improve the clinical symptoms,to achieve the purpose ofremission of disease, slow down the speed of development of the disease,havecurative effect and less side effects,so it have a wide range of clinicalapplications. |
