The Research About Implementation Of The Rural Medical Health Policy According To The Central Document NO.1

Since2000, the Central Committee of the Communist Party has emphasized "Agriculture, rural areas and farmers" for eight years. And the rural medical and health services as a very important thing of the rural work, also get the attention of The Party central committee. Drug safety related to people's health and life, also related to the stability of our society and development of our country. However, the rural drugs market relative to city drugs market, the problem seems particularly outstanding and serious.In this paper, i will pick H area in W city as the research object. H zone of W city is located in the central rural area, it has representative and it has special meaning. All the research is from the first-hand information in this paper, and all the material is original, i will seek for truth from facts on implementation of the central document NO.1about the rural medical health policy. According to the problem, i will try my best to find out a solution from the point of view of rural party construction. There is three parts in this paper, in the first part i will introduce H area medical health status of the investigation of the situation, and based on this investigation to analysis, and to summarizes the medical treatment of the area is health problems, thus we can see the reflection of the current our country countryside medical system; the second part has two aspects, and i will find out the reasons dialectical from the policy itself and the audience (farmer itself); in the third part, according to the central document NO.1, i will search for the new countermeasures and suggestions to the new rural medical and health problems in new period, thereby to contribute to Party theory career in the practice of the rural medical and health services and the policy of the party in the implementation of the rural medical and health services.
