| Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect of the warming kidney and purging turbid recipe treating symptoms of digestive in the patients of chronic renal failure,as well as the influence of the Ghrelin and SS.Methods:To select60cases from chronic renal patients,therapy group(n=30) is administered by basic western medicine with method of warming kidney and purging turbid recipe;control proup(n=30) is administered with basic western medicine treatment,15days is a therapeutic phase.Compare the differences of Ghrelin,SS,Renal function,Blood routine,electrolyte and clinical symptoms between the two groups before and after experiment.Results:①The clinical curative effect of in the obverving group was better than that of the control group. there was obvious difference (P<0.01).②The points of traditional Chinese medicine symptom in the control group was decreased significantly than that of the control group (P<0.01).③Loss of appetite and anorexia,gastric cavity turging,loose stool were lessened significantly than the control group (P<0.01).④The renal fuction of obverving group was improved significantly than that of the control group(P<0.01).⑤HBG of the obverving group was increased significantly than that of the control group (P<0.01).⑥The serum calcium was increased in both groups, there was not difference between the obverving group and the control group (P>0.05); The serum phosphorus in the obverving group was decreased signi-ficantly than that of the control group.⑦Ghrelin,SS of the obverving group were decreased signi-ficantly than those of the control group (P<0.01)Conclusion:The effect of the warming kidney and purging turbid recipe treating symptoms of digestive,renal function,anemia and metabolism of calcium and phosphorus in the patients of CRF was obvious. Its mechanism maybe related to decreasing Ghrelin and SS of blood plasm. |
