Objective:To explore the ADM,TNF-αlevel in BALF of rats with ARDS induced by LPS and the protective effect of XBJ。Our purpose is to guide clinical medication and provide a more effective treatment for the ARDS.Methods:A total of 45 Wistar rats were randomly divided into NS contrast group, the experimental group and XBJ group. The ARDS Models of the experimental group and XBJ group were made by injection of LPS, simultaneously in,the XBJ group the rats were injected by XueBiJing .After Killing all the rats in three groups, remain the bronchoalveolar lavagae fluids(BALF) ang use ELISA to measure the ADM and TNF-αLevel in BALF and observe the pathological changes of the lung tissue. Results:Compared with the contrast group, the ADM and TNF-αin BALF of the rats from the experimental group was ascended obviously(P<0.01). The ADM and TNF-αin BALF of the rats from the XBJ group was less than from the experimental group(P<0.05, P<0.01).XBJ perhaps has the effect to reduce the pathological changes of ARDS.Conclusion:the ADM and TNF-αLevel in BALF of rats caused by LPS is obviously higher than the contrast group. XBJ has the effect of protecting the lung damage caused by LPS.
