Analysis Of Therapeutic Effect Of Open Reduction And Internal Fixation Combined With Artificial Bone Grafting For Intra-articular Displaced Fractures Of Calcaneus

Objective:To Investigate the clinical result of open reduction and reconstruction plate internal fixation combined with artificial bone grafting for Intra-articular displaced fractures of calcaneus.Methods:30cases(32calcaneus)of intra-articular fractures of calcaneus from June 2008 to April 2010 were treated by open reduction and reconstruction plate internal fixation combined with artificial bone grafting.All cases were closed fractures.According to Sanders classification system:there were 16 of typeâ…¡,12 of typeâ…¢,4 of typeâ…£, We measured the numbers of B?hler angle and Gissane angle before and after operation in lateral film to evaluate the situation of reduction, The clinical results were evaluated by the Maryland foot score. .Results:All cases were followed up for 6 to 24 months,for average of 12months.All fratures are healed, function improvement,All were used artificial bone with no bad response .The clinical results were evaluated by the Maryland foot score:The excellent and good rate of typeâ…¡was 93.7%,typeâ…¢80.0%, typeâ…£75.0%.There were significant difference between the preoperation and postoperation of B?hler angle and Gissane angle after using the t-test.Conclusions:open reduction and reconstruction plate internal fixation combined with artificial bone grafting is a good method to treat the Intra-articular displaced fractures of calcaneus.
