Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of helium-neon laser in the treatment of inflammatory lesions. Methods: 150 cases of skin ulcer (ulcer group) were randomly divided into A and B groups. Group A is given cleaning skin ulcer and He-Ne laser irradiation of the skin ulcer site, 20 minutes; Group B is only given cleaning skin ulcer. Average treatment for two weeks, The therapeutic effect of both groups are determined one month later.190 cases with acute eczema or chronic eczema with acute-bout are observed (eczema group). The 190 patients are randomly divided into two groups. Group A was given the second-generation oral antihistamines, topical 1% hydrocortisone cream and He-Ne laser irradiation of the exudative site, each 20 minutes, one time/day; Group B was given Oral II generation of antihistamines and topical 1% hydrocortisone cream. The therapeutic effect of both groups are determined one week later.110 cases of patients with viral infection (virus group) are randomly divided into A and B groups. Group A: oral antiviral plus helium-neon laser irradiation, each 20 minutes; Group B: oral antiviral drugs alone ; The therapeutic effect of both groups are determined one week later. Statistical analysis using chi-square testResults: Ulcer group: Group A (78 patients) effective in 45 cases, The effective rate of group A is 57.69%(45/78); Group B (72 patients) effective in 23 cases, The effective rate of group B is 31.94%(23/72).. The efficiency of the two groups (χ2 = 10.02, P <0.05). To compare with the effective rates of the two groups have statistics significanceEczema Group: Group A (100 patients) effective in 31 cases, The effective rate of group A is 31.00%(31/100); Group B (90 patients) effective in 5 cases, The effective rate of group B is 0.06%(5/90),The efficiency of the two groups (χ2 = 35.3, P <0.05). To compare with the effective rates of the two groups have statistics significance. Virus group: Group A (53 cases) 34 cases of effective, The effective rate of group A is 64.15%; Group B (57 patients) effective in 19 cases, The effective rate of group B is 33.33% The efficiency of the two groups (χ2 = 10.45, P <0.05), To compare with the effective rates of the two groups have statistics significance. Conclusion:This study showed that helium-neon laser in the treatment of skin ulcers, eczema, viral infections and other inflammatory lesions in the effect is significant, short course, better compliance, fewer adverse reactions, but also should pay attention to the United symptomatic treatment. Helium-neon laser in the treatment of infectious, traumatic, surgical patients and small area of skin ulcers caused by the tumor better, in the treatment of deep ulcers, such as in the (pressure ulcers, vasculitis) and long-term diabetes caused by blood circulation and ulcers side effect of siltation poor, probably due to local blood circulation, their underlying diseases related to nutrition and should be at the same time in the treatment of skin ulcers treatment of the primary disease, can not ignore the primary disease treatment.
