Low power Laser biological effects and low power Lase laser therapy has a broadprospect. But on its mechanism, there are still numerous disputes, have not reached aunified understanding.In this paper, low-intensity He-Ne laser irradiation in fresh rabbit erythrocytesuspension, on the hemolytic effect of experimental study, based on its biological effectsand its impact factors, mechanism of the analysis.The rabbit's 20% or 10% fresh erythrocyte suspension is the object to be observed,sodium heparin solution is the anticoagulant. Setting up laser power and time to beirradiated, Terminate irradiation and lay-aside the sample in refrigerator a period of time,the different erythrocyte Absorbance of irradiation group and control group withtime-variation will be investigated during the standing time (0—48h).Experimental result indicated that low-intensity He-Ne laser irradiation enhances therabbit erythrocyte Hemolytic volume So that the rabbit erythrocyte is the target cell andsensitive to the laser irradiation, it could be the effective target model in researching thebio-stimulation effect of low-intensity laser irradiation. There are five significantcharacteristics about the biological effect. Firstly, it is kind of delay effect after laserirradiation. At the end of irradiation, no erythrocyte Hemolytic volume is detected. Whileconserved for more than 24 hours significant difference exists between the two groups. Onthe other hand, Hemolytic volume is positive correlation with laser power when theirradiate time is similar. Thirdly, Hemolytic volume is positive correlation with irradiationtime when the laser power is similar. Fourthly, the same exposure conditions, the differentrabbit blood hemolytic effects varied significantly. Finally the same exposure conditions,the rabbit blood and the blood of mouse hemolytic effects varied significantly.The result of this paper will provide reference meaning of the study of mechanismabout photo-blood interaction and low-intensity laser biological effect, and low-intensitylaser clinical application. The method of this paper will supply referential model about thestudy of low-intensity laser biological effect. |
