Background: Analysis of China's national conditions,.rural area Is the fundamental of China's economic development, social stability and national self-reliance.As long as the rural population still accounts for the majority of China's total population and the rural development issues will be the strategic focus can not be avoided. National health services survey in 2008 showed,Rural residents feel Lower satisfaction with medical services and particular of medical conditions.medical care and health services underutilized.Health Fair need to be improved.Rural health service needs and utilization of the key information reflect the situation of rural community health resource allocation and utilization efficiency.Research for the situation has practical significance for promoting China's social construction of rural health service network and to optimize the allocation of health resources in rural areas,satisfied medical and health needs Of farmers at different levels.Objective: From the research, It is to understand health service need,utilization and affect factor of rural resident in yutian area, and to provide a basis for innovation decision and policy making of health service ,and to offer a reference collocating health resource of tangshan city.Methods and material: Through multistage stratified cluster random sampling, 1472 residents have carried through family health question survey. Two-week prevalence and chronic disease prevalence was used to evaluate the health service need. Two-week visiting and the yearly inpatient rate was used to estimate the health service utilization.Results: in despite of large health service need in the county of yutian, health situation was attached importance to. To different public, medical need isn't similar. The peasant will be faced with the burden from the infected and chronic disease. The medical service utilization lies still in lower level. The Available demand goes through restriction and control. It also has crowd character obviously at the same time. Three-tier medical network in country should be still strengthened. Through the analysis of peasant's the none-visiting rate and the none-yearly inpatient rate, we can find that economy burden of disease is still large. See a doctor is difficult as well as expensive, which baffle peasants cure to go to hospital.Suggestion: 1.To establish the system of rural community health service. 2. To ensure health service needs of different crowd, especially woman, child, and senior people. 3. To adapt to the trend of disease variety, and to strength disease control and prevention& health protection. 4. Keeping on constructing country health institution, management and running in country medical organization is still to be founded and perfected. 5. To spread the range of health insurance, we will improve the peasant's multi-formal health insurance system which is mainly cooperative medical services. 6.To establish rural Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
