Demography character and other infomation69.1% of MSM are 20~30 year age group,41.3% of MSM were heterosexual married,70.8% of MSM were well educated in high school or university, Business services and professional workers constitute the core, of them the commercial server is 36.3%, workers accounted for 28.7%,39.0% were regarded as gay, while 43.5% were bisexual.54.3% of them often go to find the sexual partner through network.3. The genenal rate of AIDS knowledge The rate of AIDS knowledge is 83.0%. The rate of support for AIDS/HIV is 53.8%.4.The status of HIV-risk behavior among MSM and serologic test.52.9% of them in recent six months had sex with men. Average number of happening anal sex sex is 2.31 times in the recent week. The rates of condom usage when MSM had anal sex in recent six months were 34.8%.Having sex with heterosexual was 38.6%, in which using condom every time was 28.0%. The rate of HIV infection is 3.12% in this survey, and the rate of syphilis infection was 2.08%.5. Influencing factor analysis of high-risk behavior indicators5.1 Single factor analysis of high-risk behavior5.1.1 Anal sex single factor analysis The Chi-square test indicated that anal sex incidence were different in different group of age,the local live time, sexual orientation, AIDS knowledge awareness and marriage in the recent six months and in the last time(P< 0.10); The anal sex without protection in the last 6 months were different by the chi-square test (P< 0.10);The anal sex without protection in the last time were different by the chi-square test (P< 0.10) in the different group of age and local live time.5.1.2 Heterosexual sex single factor analysis The chi-square test indicated that the opposite sex was different in the different group of marriage age, income, sexual orientation, looking for sex with the most popular places for the first time and sexual behaviora (P< 0.10). Age and sexual orientation were different in the last 6 months between heterosexual unprotected intercourse. Age and marriage were different in the last time between the opposite sex unprotected intercourse the chi-square test (P< 0.10).5.2 Logistic regression analysis5.2.1 anal sex regression analysis Age is anal sex influence factor, the smaller the age, it was greater happening anal sex without protection. Knowledge about AIDS and marriage is sex influence factors in the last 6 months when MSM gay happening anal sex, the awareness is lower and the marriage/cohabitation of the MSM when gay happen anal sex.5.2.2 heterosexual sex regression analysis Age, income and looking for sex with the most popular places is the first with sexual behavioral influence factors to the opposite sex, the older age, the higher income and the most often go to the park with the MSM first sex behavioral to the opposite sex. Age is risk factors in the last 6 months with the opposite sex without protective behavior, the smaller age to the possibility of unprotected intercourse is higher. Marriage is risk factors in the last of unprotected intercourse with the opposite sex, MSM in marriage/cohabitation happen without protective behavior is 3.492 times than unmarried/divorced.Conclusion:1. The results show there are high-risk behavior factors.2. the rates of condom usage are low and high-risk sex behavior were main reason of HIV infection.3. Age and marriage is the influence factors of unprotected sex behavoir.suggestion:1. Improving the rates of knowledge about HIV/AIDS through education.2. Through Further high-risk intervention, propaganda of using condom should be strengthened..3.Voluntary counseling and testing (VCT) and other measures should be convenient to MSM, and we should also expand monitoring coverage.4.Explore different intervention model, reduce sexual partners, reduce the occurrence of high-risk behavior.5.expanding the participation of social organization, promoting the implementation of prevention among MSM.
