Objective: To explore the clinical factors and pathological factors'effection to prognosis ofâ… B -â…¡B period cervical cancer patients which were undergone surgery, and analysis the patients'survival rate. Methods: Reviewing 72 cases ofâ… B-â…¡B cerical cancer patients which were from obstetrics and gynecology department of Dalian Mmedical University between march 31, 2002 and march 30, 2008.To group them by different varibles, there are 22 cases not more than 40 years old,50 cases more than 40years old; To group them by different lesions type, there are 23 cases Exogenous type patients, 26 cases of Endogenous type, 13 cases of Ulcer type, 10 cases of Neck tube type; To group them by different FIGO (2006) clinical period, there are 27 cases ofâ… B period patients, 28 cases ofâ…¡B period patients, 17 cases ofâ…¡B period patients (they were treated 1-2 times by NACT before operation); To group them by different pathological types, there are 63 cases of Squamous cell carcinoma patients, 9 cases of not Squamous cell carcinoma patients; To group them by different Histopathological types, there are 6 cases of well-differentiated Patients, 30 cases of Moderately differentiated patients, 36 cases of Poorly differentiated patients; To group them by different depth which cancer infringed to muscularis, there are 31 cases of patients less than 1/2 muscularis, 41 cases of patients not less than 1/2 muscularis; To group them by different lymph node involved, there are 55 cases of patients'lymph node uninvolved, the number of patients whose iliac inside and outside and obturator lymph node iliac total lymph node were involved is 13, the number of patients whose iliac total and groin deep lymph node etc were involved is 4; To group them by different treatment way, there were 40 patients who took in chemotherapy and radiotherapy after operation , 12 patients took in radiotherapy after operation,8 patients took in chemotherapy after operation, 12 patients only took in operation; analysising age, lesions type, the clinical period and pathologic type and Histopathological type and infringed depth and lymph node involved factors to survival rate Sepretely, comparing the different among of Survival rate curves to find which factors related to dead risk by COX proportion risk regression model. Results: The three years survival rate of the whole cervical cancer patients is 68.05%, The median survival time is 66 months.the difference of survival rate curve for uniariate analysis shows that the difference of clinical period and Histopathological types and infringed depth and lymph node involved is statistical significance (P<0.05).while the difference of survival rate curve for age andlesion types and pathological type and treatment way hasn't statistical significance (P> 0.05).The differences of survival rate curves betweenâ… B andâ…¡A period,â…¡A andâ…¡B period,â… B andâ…¡B period are statistical significance (P<0.05) by comparing the different clinical periods. The difference of survival rate curves for Histopathological types between well-differentiated cancer and poorly-differentiated one has statistical significance (P<0.05), while the difference of survival rate curves between well-differentiated one and Moderately differentiated one, Moderately differentiated one and poorly-differentiated one hasn't statistical significance (P>0.05). lymph nodes were group three groups according lymph nodes transfer condition, A group (there isn't lymph nodes involved), B group (standing for iliac inside or iliac or obturator formamen being involved involved), C group (standing for iliac total, Groin deep lymph nodes etc being involved), the survival rate difference between any two groups has statistical significance (P<0.05).The results forf Multivariate Statistical Analysis show that clinical periods and Histopathological types and infringed depth and lymph notes'condition and treatment way are the risk factors affecting cervical cancer's prognosis (P<0.05).The involved lymph nodes is the independently risk factors for affecting cervical cancer's prognosis (P = 0.000).Conclusion:1.The factors that influent the prognosis of cerical cancer are clinical period and Histopathological types and cervical infringed depth and lymph node involved condition in uniariate analysis; 2.The risk danger factors that influent the prognosis of cerical cancer are clinical period and cervical infringed depth and lymph node involved condition and treatments way in multivariable analysis;3.chemotherapy and radiotherapy are helpful to improve the survival rate for the patients who took operation.
