| objective:To study the expression of GPC3,AFP,HCG and CD34 in HCC,and to explore the utility in differential diagnosis of those hepatic tumors and the value of clinical application.Methods:The expression of GPC3,AFP,HCG and CD34 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 50 cases of HCC( 46 cases of HCC,4 cases of non-HCC).Results:The positive expression of GPC3 was in membrane and cytoplasm. The positive expression rate of GPC3 Was 91.3%(42/46)in HCC, no expression in non-HCC. The positive expression rate of GPC3 in different degree of HCC ranged from 28.3%,39.1%,23.9%.The positive expression of AFP was in cytoplasm. The positive expression rate of AFP was 65.2%(30/46)in HCC,and expression in non-HCC. The positive expression rate of AFP in different degree of HCC ranged from 21.7%,32.6%,10.9%.The positive expression of HCG was in cytoplasm. The positive expression rate of HCG was 45.7%(21/46)in HCC,and expression in non-HCC. The positive expression rate of HCG in different degree of HCC ranged from 30.4%,8.7%,6.5%.The positive expression of CD34 was mainly in membrane and cytoplasm of vascular endothelial cell. The cancer tissue has a unique way of expressing; the expression of CD34 was in sinus hepaticus of HCC, but the positive expression of CD34was in the small vessels of liver surrounding tissue. Based on the standard of study, The positive expression rate of CD34 was 100%(46/46)in HCC,but expression in non-HCC. The positive expression rate of CD34 in different degree of HCC ranged from 37%,34.8%,28.2%.In confidence (double measurement) 0.01, GPC3 and CD34 correlation is notable. In confidence (double measurement) is 0.05, AFP and CD34 correlation is notable.Conclusions:Currently with the most widely used tumor markers GPC3 in liver cancer compared to AFP to organize and express higher, so GPC3, AFP and CD34 can be used as HCC diagnosis and differential diagnosis of good index. HCG cannot serve as liver cancer diagnosis and differential diagnosis of index.Currently compared with the most widely used tumor markers of AFP, the expression of GPC3 was higher in hepatocellular carcinoma. So GPC3, AFP and CD34 combined application can be used as HCC diagnosis and differential diagnosis of good index. HCG cannot serve as liver cancer diagnosis and differential diagnosis of index. |
