| Objective:To study the impact of oligohydramnios on perinatal fetus in the third trimester of pregnancy.Method:One hundred and twenty pregnant women which were confirmed as oligohydramnios in our hospital from May 2008 to April 2009 were set as the observation group. The other one hundred and twenty pregnant women which were confirmed as normal amniotic in our hospital in the same time were set as the control group. The rates of fetal distress, asphyxia neonatorum and cesarean section of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The rates of fetal distress, asphyxia neonatorum and cesarean section of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Oligohydramnios appearing in trimester of pregnancy usually predict an increasing risk of pregnancy.A dynamic monitoring to the pregnant women with oligohydramnios needed to be strengthened. Once the disease of oligohydramnios was diagnosed, it was better to deliver immediately in term pregnancy. The selective cesarean section was a suitable way of delivery. |
