Main features: the training of nurses is not in place, inadequate human resources, logistics in place, there is no perfect home care model, nurse career prospects and inadequate career planning, detailed grading standards of care and service content is not clear, the lack of long effective mechanism is established, the nurse needs to be further improved treatment, care and documentation writing is not standardized.Quality care services for the implementation process and problems arise, the following recommendations: (a) improve the revised rules and regulations, job responsibilities, services, processes, rules to follow nurses at work, according to the law. (B), the establishment of specialist care training base for quality care special training to enhance job training assessment; (c), improve human resources planning, additional human resources (D) House leadership attached great importance to the organization and coordination, improve logistics. (E) to highlight the detailed characteristics of the specialist standard of care, improve the home care model; (f), increased media publicity, the responsibility of nurses to do health education,Improve patient and community awareness. (G), to strengthen supervision and management positions (eight), to simplify writing nursing case required to develop care and medical records system.
