Treatment of 20 patients,3 were male,15%, female 17 cases,85%; control group of 20 people,5 males,25%, female 15 cases, accounting for 75%. Methods:40 patients with early rheumatoid arthritis patients were randomly assigned to treatment group and the envelope control group, 20 cases each. Observation period of 3 months. The control group to methotrexate (MTX) oral (Each 2.5mg, Shanghai Xinyi Pharmaceuticals Production), each 10mg,1 per week. Treatment group were separated mild moxibustion combined drug therapy drug treatment with the control group, Treatment for 5 days per week. Clinical symptoms of patients (Rest pain, morning stiffness, joint swelling, joint tenderness, patient's assessment of the current disease status, doctors assess the overall status of the subjects disease, HAQ score) and laboratory (ESR>CRP,RF) assessment. By ACR20, ACR50 as the primary efficacy evaluation, DAS28 score as a secondary efficacy evaluation. Platelet count before and after treatment (PLT), platelet hematocrit (PCT), mean platelet volume (MPV), platelet distribution width (PDW).Result:The final total of 37 patients completed the trial, the treatment group 19 cases,18 cases in control group. After3 months of treatment, Treatment group and control group differences in clinical symptoms (Rest pain, morning stiffness, joint swelling, joint tenderness, patient's assessment of the current disease status, doctors assess the overall status of the subjects disease, HAQ score and laboratory (ESR,CRP,RF) parameters were statistically significant. Among them, the treatment group,9 patients reached ACR50,8 patients reached ACR20; the control group of 2 patients reached ACR50, llpatients reached ACR20; There were significant differences (P<0.05).â‘¡After 3 months of treatment, both groups before treatment, compared with DAS28 scores were improved (P <0.05). No significant difference between the two groups.â‘¢Treatment group,19 patients,7 were abnormal increase of platelet count; control group of 18 patients,5 patients with abnormally high platelet count. Before treatment, no significant difference in platelet parameters in the two groups; After 3 months of treatment, two groups of platelet parameters in patients with an average drop of water, but the extent of the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group.Conclusion:1. Separated mild moxibustion combined effect of methotrexate treatment of early RA, which may provide rapid control of the disease.2. This group of patients in the platelet levels to some extent.
