Clinical Study Of Paeoniae And Glycyrrhizae And Aconiti Decoction Combined With Indirect Monkshood Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis With Cold And Dampness Clinical Research

Objective: Through internal administration of Paeoniae and Glycyrrhizae and Aconiti Decoction,external application of Indirect monkshood moxibustion,combined with internal and external treatment of cold and dampness obstruction type rheumatoid arthritis patients,observe the clinical therapeutic effect,and compare the changes of related indexes before and after treatment,to confirm that Paeoniae and Glycyrrhizae and Aconiti Decoction combined with Indirect monkshood moxibustion can effectively reduce symptoms and prevent disease progression.Methods: From January 2022 to January 2023,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the inpatients and outpatients of the rheumatology and immunology Department of Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and divided into treatment group and control group with 30 patients in each group by random number table method.The control group was given leflunomide tablets(20mg each time,once a day)and diclofenac sodium double-release enteric-soluble capsules(75mg each time,once a day,when pain was administered and stopped after relief)on the basis of general treatment.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given Paeoniae and Glycyrrhizae and Aconiti Decoction(1 dose per day,divided into morning and evening)combined with Indirect monkshood moxibustion.4 weeks was a course of treatment,and both groups completed 2 consecutive courses of treatment.After 8 weeks of treatment,the time of morning joint stiffness,the number of swollen joints and the number of tenderness joints,erythrocyte sinking(ESR),interleukerin-6(IL-6),anti-cyclic citcitine peptide antibody(anti-CCP antibody),C-reactive protein(CRP),rheumatoid factor(RF),visual simulation of pain(VAS)score,DAS28 score and the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome were evaluated in both groups Evaluate and record,at the same time record the adverse events in the course of treatment,use statistical methods for processing and analysis,evaluate the efficacy and safety of intervention measures.Results:(1)General information before treatment: there were no significant differences in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)Efficacy indicators:(1)Comparison of clinical symptoms and signs: After 8 weeks of treatment,the duration of joint morning stiffness in all patients in the study was shortened;The number of swollen joints,the number of tender joints and the VAS score were decreased compared with that before treatment,and the decrease of the data in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)Comparison of scoring scales:DAS28 scores of the two groups were decreased,and the improvement level of the scores of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(3)Comparison of laboratory indexes: The results showed that the two therapeutic drugs in the two groups could reduce the levels of ESR,IL-6,CRP,RF and anti-CCP antibody,but the reduction degree of all indexes in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Data analysis after treatment showed that the curative effect of TCM syndrome was 93.33% in the treatment group and 76.67% in the control group.The total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group and 70.00% in the control group,and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)Safety analysis: No adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the trial period.Conclusion(s):(1)Paeoniae and Glycyrrhizae and Aconiti Decoction combined with Indirect monkshood moxibustion can effectively improve the joint morning stiffness time,joint swelling,pain and tenderness,effectively reduce laboratory indexes,VAS score and DAS28 score of patients,and the effect is better than the control group.(2)Paeoniae and Glycyrrhizae and Aconiti Decoction combined with Indirect monkshood moxibustion can effectively reduce TCM syndrome score,improve TCM syndrome efficacy and total curative effect,and the clinical effect is better than the control group.
