| Objective:To investigate the impact of HBV on hepatic oval cells and liver cells. Methods: Hepatic oval cells and liver cells were isolated from adult mice and HBV Transgenic mice. The liver oval cells and liver cells are characterized by staining of glycogen and Immunofluorescence. Results: It is possible to isolate hepatic oval cells and liver cells from adult mice and HBV Transgenic mice. Isolated cells were defined as oval cells or liver cells by a6-pkm2,afp-hnf-4,ck19-alb.Conclusions:It is possible to isolate hepatic oval cells from adult mice and HBV Transgenic mice. Objective:To investigate the impacts of HBV on the expression of P8 in liver cells and oval cells and variation in human liver tissue, and analyze the clinical significance. Methods:The expressions of P8were detected by real time- PCR in oval cells and liver cells between two groups. The expressions of P8varied in human liver tissue with no HBV , human liver tissue with HBV and liver cancer with HBV.Results:The expressions of P8in liver cells and oval cells from HBV Transgenic mice was lower than that from adult mice(P<0.05). The expressions of P8in human liver tissue with HBV and liver cancer with HBV was lower than that in human liver tissue with no HBV(P<0.05).Conclusions: HBV may induced hepatocarcinogenesis through its impact on liver cells and oval cells ,and can depress the expressions of P8. |
