Objective: hrough monitoring the expression level of maternal serum interleukin-6, intercellular adhesion molecule -1 of pregnant women in premature rupture of membrane,and maternal fetal membranes histopathological examination, to analysis the premature rupture of membranes, especially the combined amniotic Chorioamnionitis premature rupture of membranes for clinical early intervention to provide a theoretical basis.Methods:Collected 120 cases of hospital delivery in pregnant women during September 2009 to 8 in 2010, in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People's Hospital, including 40 cases of normal full-term group of pregnant women as control group,80 cases of premature rupture of membranes group, which including 49 cases of term Premature Rupture of Membrances, and 31 preterm premature rupture of membranes group. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in blood samples of 120 cases of IL-6, SICAM-1 levels were compared, Chorioamnionitis was histologically confirmed after delivery with all placentas. P< 0.05, a statistically significant, all data applications SPSS17.0 package processingResults:(1) the erm premature rupture of membranes group, preterm premature rupture of membranes group, normal control group, maternal age term was no significant difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); term premature rupture of membranes group gestational age compared with the control group was not significant (P> 0.05), gestational age and preterm premature rupture of membranes group than the difference was statistically significant, with statistical significance (P<0.01); (2) the premature rupture of membrane group blood IL-6 and sICAM-1 level obviously, than control greup, a statistically significant (P< 0.01); Preterm premature rupture of membrane group womb serum IL-6, sICAM-1 concentration below not full-term amniotic membranes dyed group, earlier, significant difference was statistically significant (P< 0.01); (3) the premature rupture of membrane group merged subclinical amniotic membrane human chorionic inflammation in the blood group IL-6, sICAM-1 level were significantly higher in unincorporated subclinical amniotic membrane human chorionic phlogistic group greup, a statistically significant (P< 0.01); (4) the premature rupture of amniotic membrane combined with subclinical chorioamnionitis group serum IL-6, sICAM-1 were significantly higher than the normal full-term controls and subclinical chorioamnionitis and amniotic membrane group were significantly different between the two, there has been significant (P<0.01)(5) not term foetus premature rupture of membrane merger subclinical amniotic membrane human chorionic phlogistic group serum IL-6, sICAM-1 concentration are higher than full-term merger subclinical amniotic membrane human chorionic inflammation in the group, concentration, significant difference was statistically significant (P< 0.01); (6) based on pathology inflammation with maternal serum IL grading 6, sICAM-1 level compared with amniotic membranes, hint, increased by inflammatory disease, its parent serum IL-6, sICAM-1 concentration is increasing gradually, greup, a statistically significant (P< 0.01); (7) preterm premature rupture of membranes group was slightly lower than full-term birth weight and normal full-term premature rupture of membranes birth weight is the value of the control group, the difference was significant, with statistical significance (P<0.05); (8) maternal IL-6, sICAM-1 have a close relationship between; (9) maternal sICAM-1 diagnosis of premature rupture of membranes than in predicting the concentration of IL-6 better.Conclusion:Infection is a major cause of premature rupture of membranes, monitoring the mother of serum IL-6, sICAM-1 levels can be used as the combination of subclinical diagnosis of premature rupture of amniotic chorioamnionitis good biological means, sICAM-1 than IL-6 advantage in the prediction of premature rupture of membranes...
