Objective:To observe the effect of XinNaoTongLuo Solution on ET-1 and TM of acute phase cerebral ischemia in rats by establishing the model of focal cerebral ischemia,investigate the mechanism of action and provide a reliable theorET-lic basis for this therapy.Methods:The healthy SD rats were randomly divided into five groups: sham-operated group, cerebralischemia group(named the model group), BuChangNaoXinTong group(named the control group),high-dose group of XinNaoTongLuo Solution (named the high-dose group)and low-dose group of XinNaoTongLuo Solution (named the low-dose group).The rat models of acute focal cerebral ischemia with middle cerebral artery occlusion were established by inserting nylon thread.The change of contents of ET-1 and TM were tested at 6h,12h,24h affter operation.Results:(1)Compared with model group,the content of ET-1 in blood of each dose group of XinNaoTongLuo Solution decreased and the difference was significant(P<0.01)with the most markedly changing of high-does group,the difference among high-dose group and control group was significan(P<0.01),the difference among low-dose group and control group was insignifican(P>0.05),the difference among high-dose group and low-dose group was significan(P<0.01).(2)Compared with model group,the content of TM in blood of each dose group of XinNaoTongLuo Solution decreased and the difference was significant(P<0.01)with the most markedly changing of high-does group,the difference among high-dose group and control group was significan(P<0.01),the difference among low-dose group and control group was significan(P<0.01),,the difference among high-dose group and low-dose group was significan(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)XinNaoTongLuo Solution can significantly reduce the content of ET-1 in acute phase cerebral ischemia rats,protecting nerev cells.(2) XinNaoTongLuo Solution can significantly reduce the content of TM in acute phase cerebral ischemia rats,protecting nerev cells. |
