ObjectivesThis experiment is by photochemical method to establish the rat hippocampal infarction model of rehabilitation training,then the rats were observed the learning and memory capacity and the hippocampus MCP-1 protein expression which changes after rehabilitation training,this paper discusses the mechanism of cerebral infarction recovery for clinical stroke rehabilitation,providing the theory basis.MethodsPhotochemical method induct rat hippocampal infarction model..Divided 54 rats with digital random method randomly into 3 groups:operated group,control group and rehabilitation group,each group had divided into training 3,7,14days 3 time points,each time point only 6 rats.Give the rats,intraperitoneal injection with 70mg/kg tiger red.Then give them cold illuminant irradiation at hippocampal,three days later observe its infarction area,ne-ural behavior and histopathological changes. After 24 hours,give the different treatment to different groups.One group gives rehabilitation training,the other one let its natural recovery. To all time points with step through test to test learning and memory capacity.All time points groups given HE took brain dyeing and immunohistochemical stains and observe the hippocampus MCP-1 protein expression.ResultsResults showed that rehabilitation rats'learning ability obviously are better than the control group,statistically significant difference(P< 0.05).MCP-1 protein had begin to express after ischemia,then gradually declined, and its expressions remains a certain high lever after 21 days.Rehabilitation group of MCP-1 expression was obviously less than natura-1 recovery group(P<0.05),compared between the two groups have significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Photochemical method induct hippocampal infarction model.Rehabilitation training can promote hippocampal infarction rats learning and memory function recovery, and the mechanism of rehabilitation training may cut the rat infarction surrounding MCP-1 protein expression,interrupting MCP-1 inducing inflammation,and reduce inflammatory cells infiltrating and neointimal hyperplasia,and thereby protect missing neurons.
