Clinical Study On Treatment Of Cervical Vertigo By Electroacupuncture At Cervical Jiaji Point With Drug

Objective:To observe the efficacy of electroacupuncture at cervical jiaji point with drug in treatment of Cervical Vertigo.Through the clinical symptoms and functional score, To discuss the clinical curative effect electroacupuncture at cervical jiaji point with medicine to treat cervical vertigoMethods:The study involved 60 eases of cervical vertigo Patients who were divided into treatment group (electroacupuncture at cervical jiaji point with drug) and control group (drug),there were 30 cases in each group. The two groups treatment results would be assessed bases on "the cervical vertigo symptoms and function assessment scale" and vertebrobasilar artery TCDResults:After treatment of the two groups,the patients vertigo degree, vertigo frequency, duration, headache score and other indicators of comparison, significant difference, there is statistical significance(p<0.05). Two groups of neck and shoulder pain,daily life and work of score indicators comparison, significant difference, there is statistical significance(p<0.01). Psychological and social adaptability score indicators, thedifference was not significant, no statistical significance(p>0.05).The treatment group at TCD cervical vertigo improvementis better than the control group.Conclusion:1 Electroacupuncture at cervical jiaji point with drug can obviously improve patients with cervical vertigo symptoms, signs, and obviously improved Cervical vertigo assessment scale flow velocity.2 Electroacupuncture at cervical jiaji point with drug improves patients with cervical vertigo symptoms and vertebrobasilar artery flow velocity were better than the control group.
