Buyanghuanwu Soup To Treat Coronary Heart Disease Stable Angina Pectoris Blood Stasis Due To Qi Deficiency Clinical Research

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Buyanghuanwu Soup on the disease of coronary heart disease(CHD)angina and on serum lipids.Methods:thecases were selected fromdecember2009-december2010 Heilongjiang University of Chinises Medicine First Affiliated Hospital of cardiovascular outpatients treated in the third subject,60 complete data outpatients of CHD angina of grade were chosen,and divided randomly into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The two groups were given aspirin100mg qnpo, Betaloc25mgbidpo,The treatment group was given Buyanghuanwu Soup at twice a day,one dose everyday;The control group was given Tongxinluo Capsule,Each 3 capsules 3 times.When Angina attack 0.5mg sublingual nitroglycerin,Were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and their effects on serum lipids.Results:1. Comparison of angina before and after treatment to improve the situation:in treatment group is 90.00%, the Control group is 76.67%, the significant difference (P<0.05);2.The Significant efficiency about the improvement of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome in treatment group is 90.00%,the Control group is 80.00%,the significant difference (P<0.05);3. The efficient about the improvement of nitroglycerin in treatment group is 86.67%,the Control group is 70.00%,the significant difference (P< 0.05)4. The efficient about the improvement of ECG in treatment group is 66.67%,the Control group is 53.33%,There were no significant differences (P > 0.05),Two groups close to ECG changes.5. serum lipids before and after treatment compared to the situation:Two lipid check, Before and after treatment, The significant difference (P<0.05); After treatment between the two groups, There were no significant differences (P>0.05), Two groups close to lipid changes. Conclusion:The Chinese herbal formula" Buyanghuanwu Soup" has fine benefit in promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and it is effective on chest impediment blood stasis due to qi deficiency.It has better treatment to stable angina pectoris of Coronary heart disease, It has good security.it could lower serum lipids.
