| Objective:To observe the Tong Ke Su Treatment in the treatment of the clinical effect of ovarian endometrioma so as to explore treatment of Tong Ke Su Treatment; to observe Tong Ke Su with Acupuncture Treatment about the patients of ovarian endometrioma after conservative treatment's degree of improving in Chinese medicine treatment progression, so as to explore the treatment of Bushen Tiaogan Huayu Tongluo Treatment.Methods:40 patients diagnosed with ovarian endometrioma (cysts diameter (5cm)。Randomly divided into treatment group which has 20 patients and the control group which has 20 patients。among the treatment group take hospital preparation of Tong Ke Su with acupuncture treatment and the control group take Chinese medicine of Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wang with acupuncture treatment. These patients are given six courses of treatment. To take self-control methods, observation of two groups in patients with clinical symptoms and signs of change, and both before and after treatment with B-monitoring of cysts size, compared before and after treatment of cysts size changes, and determine in accordance with the relevant standards TCM signs of its efficacy, the efficacy and the integrated effect of ovarian endometrioma; observation two groups of Chinese medicine in patients with clinical symptoms and signs of change and general efficacy etc.Results:1. Comparing the therapeutic effect of two groups:the cure rate of treatment group was 20.00% and the cure rate of the control group was 5%. Total effective rate is 80.00% in the treatment group and 60.00% in the control group (P<0.05).2. Comparing the symptoms in Chinese medicine treatment progression: the total improvement rate of the treatment group was 90.00% and the control group was 75.00%. The treatment group was improved more than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:"Tong Ke Su Treatment" is an effective therapy in treating ovarian endometrioma.It can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms and signs. |
