Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy and safety on treatment anticardiolipin antibodies positive of early recurrent abortion from nourishing kidney and promoting blood flow therapy of Traditional Medicine.Methods:45 inpatients met the inclusion criteria, Random is divided in two group.30 cases into treatment group took the traditional medicine,15 cases into control group took the western medicine, observe the clinical efficacy before and after the treatment.Results:After a treatment course, the treatment group, the toal effectiveness had achieved 86.67%, the control group, the toal effectiveness was 66.67%; improve clinical symptom:the improved significantly in treatment group than control group.The negative rate of ACA in treatment group was 83.33% and in group group was 40.00%. Patientsβ-HCG and P levels are improved significantly in each group after treatment than before With visit a gestation final outcome:the treatment groupthe live birth rate was 76.67%, the control group the live birth rate is 53.33%, There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion:The effect of treatment anticardiolipin antibodies positive of early recurrent abortion nourishing kidney and promoting blood flow therapy of Traditional Medicine is proved to be prominent, The patient's clinical symptoms and signs are effectively improved, Raise negative rate of antibodies, So it is one of the effective ways of clinical therapeutics.
