Objective:Through observing Layers Adjusting sticking cream treatment of knee osteoarthritis, evaluate the clinical efficacy of Layers Adjusting patching therapy for knee osteoarthritis objectively. Offers clinical research experience for the forthputting and promotion of Yiceng patching therapy in the furture. Methods:Through the medical dialectics,60 cases of knee osteoarthritis who were diagnosed as the alpine type Gubi were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. 30 patients in each, Experimental group were treated with Layers Adjusting patching therapy (single-use three-color dressing treatment, heat treatment process as if there is sharing in the patching process three color treated and coated with three yellow ointment layer increases, heat permit elimination of the three-color alone to continue dressing); control group were treated with the Southern Star analgesic cream, dressing according to instructions; The plaster in both of the groups were replaced every 24 hours; treatment:21 days; follow-up time:14 days;In the study, through the comparison and analysis for scores of quantitative indicators, evaluate the clinical efficacy ofYicengpatching therapy for knee osteoarthritis objectively. Results:The sex, age, duration of the experimental group and control group were statistically analyzed, P>0.05, the difference was not statistically significant, the two groups are comparable; before treatment (day 0), the two groups painful VAS score, knee swelling, knee joint flexion, Lequesne score, a secondary symptom were analyszed by variance, P> 0.05, no significant difference, the two groups are comparable; experimental group and control group were compared before and after the treatment, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. After treatment (21 days) the experimental group painful VAS scores, decrease in symptoms and signs Lequesne scores decrease surpass the control group, P<0.05; the two groups in knee flexion, swelling, minor symptoms showed no difference, P>0.05.Conclusion:The experimental group signs and symptoms Lequesne scores decrease surpass the control group. The effect was obviouse in improving pain in patients but no significant difference on knee flexion, swelling and the secondary symptoms. |
