Purpose:To observe bone mineral density and bone metabolism in type 2 diabetics with different TCM syndrome, study the correlation between different TCM syndrome and age, duration, body mass index (BMI), bone mineral density, (BMD), bone ultrasound attenuation(BUA), fasting blood sugar (,FBG), fasting c-peptide (FCP), glycated hemoglobin (HbAlc), blood calcium (Ca), blood phosphorus (P), alkaline phosphatase (ALP). Observe the relationship between age, duration, BMI and BMD. Try to provide clues For causes of secondary osteoporosis, provide guidance for clinical treatment. Methods:Select cases in accordance to the acceptance standard and eliminating standardand retain 150 cases.According to " the three types differentiation in diabetics " built by professor Linglan Divide the cases into three groups:Hyperactivity of heat due to Yin deficiency syndrome, both Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome and both Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome. Inspect Calcaneal BMD and record FBG, FCP, HbAlc, Ca, P, ALP to observe the relationship between The above indexes and the different TCM syndrome in type 2 diabetics.Results:①the TCM syndrome type composition ratio:Hyperactivity of heat due to Yin deficiency syndrome contains 48 cases(32.00%), both Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome contains 58 cases (占38.67%),both Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome contains 44 cases (29.33%);②Basic clinical data:Gender:Male 58 cases, female 92 cases;Age and Duration:Hyperactivity of heat due to Yin deficiency syndrome< both Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome< both Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome; There was no correlation between BMI and syndrome differentiation.③Bone mass change situation:Hyperactivity of heat due to Yin deficiency syndrome contains 20 cases with normal bone mineral density(41.67%),24 cases with decreasing bone mineral density(50.00%),4 cases with Osteoporosis(8.33%); both Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome contains 14 cases with normal bone mineral density(24.14%),38 cases with decreasing bone mineral density(65.52%),6 cases with Osteoporosis(10.34%); both Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome contains 6 cases with normal bone mineral density(13.64%),27cases with decreasing bone mineral density(61.36%),11 cases with Osteoporosis(25.00%); cases with normal bone mineral density:both Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome< both Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome < Hyperactivity of heat due to Yin deficiency syndrome; cases with decreasing bone mineral density: Hyperactivity of heat due to Yin deficiency syndrome<both Yin and Yang deficiency syndrom< both Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome; cases with Osteoporosis:Hyperactivity of heat due to Yin deficiency syndrome< both Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome< both Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome;BMD and BUA:both Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome< both Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome< Hyperactivity of heat due to Yin deficiency syndrome.(P<0.05);④Laboratory parameters:There was no correlation between Blood sugar,Ca,P and syndrome differentiation.FCP and ALP:both Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome< Hyperactivity of heat due to Yin deficiency syndrome< both Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome. Conclusion:Diabetes at the early stage primarily shows the of Hyperactivity of heat due to Yin deficiency syndrome,at the mid-late stage mainly shows both Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome and both Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome. Look from age, according to the order of three syndrome, patient age is increasing, indicating that diabetes and the development trend of the three syndrome is closely related. Along with the development of type 2 diabetes progression bone density has a downward trend.ALP,FCP and syndrome differentiation have certain correlation, There was no correlation between syndrome differentiation and blood sugar, glycated hemoglobin, blood calcium, blood phosphorus.
