The Retrospective Research On The Cases Of Professor Zhou Zhongying Treating Bronchopulmonary Carcinoma Based On Data Mining

[Objective] Aided by computer Data Mining and modern epidemiology statistical methods,we analyze Professor Zhou Zhongying's recent years records of the pathogeneses and causes of long cancer, differentiations of symptoms and signs, academic perspectives on the treatment to deepen the research of traditional Chinese medicine on lung cancer, improve the clinical efficacy so as to bring benefits to patients.[Methods] From the past decade, professor Zhou Zhongying has left tens of thousands of out-patient medical records which have the rich clinical first-hand information and reliable sources such as the integrity of four diagnostic data and drug prescriptions. we collect a total of 60 cases met the criteria who have 236 clinical visits, use association rules, cluster analysis, core side of the classification to increase the reliability of the results of data mining to have a breakthrough on objectively collecting TCM experts'experience, finally find the Zhou Zhongying professor's experience about the etiologies and drug prescriptions of lung cancer.[Result] Through analyzing these cases, we have found that the main symptoms of lung cancer are coughing, little phlegm, chest congestion, asthma, yellow greasy tongue coating, dark red tongue body, thin slippery pulse. The main pathogenesis are Qi and Yin deficiency, plus toxic-heat and phlegm stagnation in lung. Data mining result show that in between symptom and pathogenesis, there is a 49% coefficient(association) in coughing and toxic-heat and phlegm stagnation in lung; in between herbal medicine and symptom, there is a 56% coefficient(association) in coughing and beishasheng (herb); in between herbal medicine and pathogenesis, there is a 82% coefficient(association) in shanchigu (herb) and Qi-Yin deficiency; in between herbal group and pathogenesis, there is a 79% coefficient(association) in herbal group of beishashen, nanshashen, shanchigu and Qi-Yin deficiency; in between herbal medicine and herbal medicine, there is a 92% coefficient(association) in beishashen and nanshashen.[Conclusion]â‘ The main symptoms of lung cancer are coughing, little phlegm, chest congestion, asthma, yellow greasy tongue coating, dark red tongue body and thin slippery pulse.â‘¡Pathogenesis of lung cancer is mainly Qi-Yin deficiency and toxic-heat and phlegm stagnation in the lung.
