The Research Of The Lesions Nature Of Common Names Of Diseases In Traditional Chinese Medicine Of Chronic Gastritis By Applying The Syndrome Element Theory

Objectives:By observing and analyzing the distribution of syndrome element in chronic gastritis common names of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),analyzing and summarizing the lesions essence of chronic gastritis common names of diseases in TCM,learning whether the treatment varies according to different disease name in TCM or not,which can Standardize and simplify the names of diseases in TCM and syndrome classification of chronic gastritis,promote the standardization of TCM at the same time.Methods:Get Casese according to the diagnostic criteria of endoscopic and pathological that made in 2006 National Consensus Conference on chronic gastritis in shanghai.Face to face questionnaire for 30 cases of each group of different age, sex, occupation, duration of chronic gastritis patient whose disease is belong to "stomach" or "Bloating" in our hospital,and record their information,using the software of syndrome element differentiation to get their Syndrome elements. Observing and analyzing chronic gastritis of differences and similarities of pathological nature of TCM in different disease name in TCM after the data processing.Results:(1)The frequency of major lesion site syndrome elements from high to low is: "Bloating" is Stomach (45.10%),Spleen (29.41%),Liver (19.61%),total frequency is 94.12%; "stomach" is Stomach (30.00%), Liver (30.00%),Spleen (26.67%),total frequency is 86.67%.(2) The frequency of major lesion nature syndrome elements from high to low is: "Bloating" is Qi stagnation (30.26%),Yang weak (26.32%),Qi weak (25.00%),Wet (9.21%), total frequency is 90.79%; "stomach" is Qi stagnation (23.81%), Qi weak (23.81%),Yang weak (22.22%),Wet (7.94%), total frequency is 77.78%.(3)Lesion site syndrome elements merger occurs most is:stomach and Liver merger occurs with Qi stagnation; spleen merger occurs with Qi weak and Yang weak.(4)The common names of diseases in TCM of chronic gastritis is not associated with pathologically classified of chronic gastritis.(5)Syndrome elements which did not occur:"Bloating" is Cold (6 cases),Food plot (5 cases),Sputum (4 cases);"stomach" is Yin weak (6 cases),Cold (6 cases),Sputum (5 cases).Conclusions:(1)The lesions essence of chronic gastritis are:the lesion site is related with Stomach and Spleen and Liver,the lesion nature is related with Qi stagnation,Qi weak,Yang weak and Wet,and mostly more than two syndrome elements merger occurs.We can make the t reatment plan according to the lesions essence which is Reflect from lesion site and nature.(2)The rule of syndrome element in TCM between "stomach" and "Bloating" are most the same,only little different,so we can treat it as the same disease.(3)The treatment of chronic gastritis in TCM should note to prevent Cold stagnate,Food plot,Yin weak and Sputum stagnate.
